attack: to train attack put it on attack style and then attack npc's at ::wildtrain
strength: to trian strength put it on strength style and then attack npc's at ::wildtrain
defence: to train defence put it on defence style and then attack npc's at ::wildtrain
range: to train range type ::range and then click on the targets to gain xp
prayer: to train prayer type ::prayerboost then bury the bones to gain xp
magic: to train magic tele to varrock or other teleports to gain xp
runecraft: type ::edgeville then talk to the zammy mage and he will take you to air rift and then click it and u will gain runecraft xp
hitpoints: to train hitpoints use ethier attack, strength, or defence type style and attack npc's at ::wildtrain
agility:go to these co-ordanites 2994,3945 and do the agility course

theiving: steal from the tea stall south-east from east bank in varrock and then once u have 50 theiving use tele to lumbridge and it will take u to castlewars theiving tables where u can thieve from

slayer: when training range slayer goes up also look at range to see where to train range
mining: spawn a bronze pickaxe (::item 1265) and then mine copper ore until u get 30 mining and then tele to fally and go down to the mining guild and mine coal and mithril
smithing:spawn copper ore (::item 0436) and then put it on slot 1 of your inventory and use it with the furnace in fally
fishing: type ::fish then type ::tools and put the big fishing net in slot 1 of your inventory and use the net with the fountain to catch bass and gain fishing xp
cooking:get some raw food then use it with a range to gain cooking xp
firemaking:unkown
woodcutting: spawn a bronze axe (::item 1531) and then chop down trees to gain woodcut xp
farming: milk the diary cow in lumbridge in the cow pen to gain farming xp
